Wrestling Shoes -Used only to practice on wrestling mat and tournaments

Head Gear -used to protect youth wrestler ears during practice and tournaments

Wrestling Singlet -Used only at Tournaments

Knee Pads -Can help protect wrestlers knees, can determine latter if they are needed, if there is not an need already to use them.

Takedown SportWear and DICK'S Sporting Goods will have Wrestling Gear on site

You can also find Wrestling Gear online but sizing can be an issue

Shorts and T-Shirt -Use in practice and should not be baggy and preferably no pockets -to avoid wrestler finger from getting twisted in or caught in pockets.
